We design and produce the Show Guide for your visitors to retain for reference
after the show. We look after everything. The package includes:
- Designing and producing forms for compiling and collating product classifications and company information.
- For speedy form updates, an online version of the forms pre-filled with exhibitors details are uploaded.
- Show guide design and desktop publishing.
- Quad-Media advertising sales effort for design and production of adverts in the 4 formats.

Online Exhibitor Manual
For your convenience and for the sake of speeding up the filling in of the dreaded but albeit
necessary exhibitor forms, we put the entire exhibitor manual online. Some benefits of this
service include:
- The exhibitor can update and change any information about themselves
- All the relevant order forms ranging from catalogue entries, to website presence, telephones, electrics, furniture etc can be filled in ... in a matter of seconds!
- Forms are sent direct to the relevant contractor via email
- We also produce a PDF version of the forms which can be printed, filled out and sent by snail-mail
Registration Services
We are pleased to offer online and on-site registration services.
Registration is more than just badging visitors at
the show. It is a continuing cycle, promoting your
event using your database, updating it from the
responses received, sending badges in advance, and
using the database at the show as the basis for an
efficient and speedy badging system.

The most cost-effective way of getting visitors to come to your show is to write to them. We can handle this mailing for you, whatever the format.
- Registration at the Show
Badging at the show is extremely fast, with queuing time minimised.
A self-service Touch Screen is also available for pre-registered visitors to cut staffing costs.
- Data Management
People respond to your mailings, by returning or submitting registration forms. We can capture any or all of the exhibitors details for you.

Mini reports are provided online from the Organiser's web page which shows you how your pre-registrations are progressing as a graph. It also allows you to query the database to look up individual registrations or to do selections and counts.
- End-of-Show Statistics
As well as returning your updated database after the show, we will send you an End-of-Show Report incorporating a detailed breakdown of your show's attendance listed by:

- county within region within UK
- country within region abroad

- interest boxes ticked
- and more according to your needs
Sales & Advertising
We provide a Multi-Media advertising sales effort for
design and production of adverts on the show website,
on the touch screen, in the catalogue, and where
applicable, in the online exhibitor manual. A percentage
of the generated revenue is paid to you.
Each exhibitor is provided with a free entry consisting
of their name and address, stand number, location at the
show and contact details. They are also given limited
editorial and free category classifications.
Our service includes the provision of the following
advertising opportunities across all platforms:
- Additional editorial

Online Database Management System
This is the control panel that allows you to administer
every aspect of our Multi-Media service.
We start by putting the entire exhibitor database online
which is accessed via user name and password entry system.
This allows the organiser, contractors, press, public
relations as well as exhibitors to have access to the
system, whenever and wherever they are. There is a security heirarchy
system in place so that non-organisers cannot access any
sensitive areas.
The entire system is tailor-made to suit the way YOU work.
